All bookings and payments on this website are processed by Lynx Serviced Apartment, which is the registered merchant for payment gateway purposes. References to “we”, “our” or “us” in these policies refer to Lynx Serviced Apartment / The Boss Groups.

At The Boss Groups, we are committed to delivering high-quality lead data services through our subscription platform. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.

1. No Refunds on Used Subscriptions

Once a subscription has been activated and lead data has been accessed, we do not offer refunds—partial or full. This includes:

  • Access to any part of our lead scraping system
  • Downloading or viewing scraped leads
  • Using filters or API access to fetch leads

Due to the nature of digital data, once accessed, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

  • You have not accessed or used any part of the service after subscribing.
  • You are experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 5 business days.
  • Duplicate charges or accidental payments.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@thebossgroups.com within 7 days of your subscription payment. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription.

4. Fraudulent Activity

If we detect abuse of our platform or suspicious activity (e.g., data scraping beyond limits, automated downloads), your account may be suspended without a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in permanent account suspension and loss of access to our platform.
